Greensboro is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Greensboro follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Atmosphere and location is great, food and service, not so much. convenient location but I went Sunday and ordered fries only, they were not hot only lukewarm but I waited a few minutes for them as if they would be fresh. I asked for them to go and the girl still didn't put them in a bag I had to remind her and then when she did she poured my fries from the tray to the bag and I had to tell her that she could have left them in the bag and or just have a bigger bag where they fit. I had to ask for ketchup again, it's just not the best dining experience for me, I've been several times and service and food is mediocre or less.

The food was extremely inexpensive, I ordered 2 plain hot dogs, a side of fries, and a Parkside Style dog and got all of that for $14. The main complaint I have is the wait time. I waited over 35 minutes with no warning that it would be a while, as well as other customers who ordered after me getting their food after complaining.

I really wanted to give this place all 5 stars, but eventhough I thought the crab sandwich was good, I was too crazy about my milkshake. I ordered the pineapple upside down shake. However when I got it, it was straight pinkish red. I thought it was strawberry at first, but I soon realized it just had a lot of cherries. The shake was very unbalanced. I didn't taste ANY graham craker crumbs, I think that was supposed to be in there and I think I felt pineapple pieces but I didn't taste any. I completely tasted like cherries.

Food was very good, but we had to wait nearly 25 minutes to get our two burgers and tots. Just a bit too long of a wait. They didn't appear that busy--only one couple in line ahead of us. However, it was hard to tell how many people had already ordered since they share a common area with another establishment and are adjacent to a park. Plus you can never tell how many call ahead orders and GrubHub orders are ahead of you these days. We were happy with our food, just weren't prepared for the long wait.

Excellent burgers and hot dog, great choice after a great travel ball weekend. Smash burger was delicious and the Tokyo hot dog was different style and delicious. Spicy crab meat, avocado yes please! Chili cheese hot dogs absolutely. Also was entertained by a performer playing his guitar, covering all the music genres. We also were surrounded by the annual disabilities fair. Nice atmosphere and great location for a chill!
